PIEAS BS Admission Test — the admission test for BS Engineering and Sciences at PIEAS (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy & Materials, Computer & Information Sciences, Physics).
What PIEAS Admission Test is for
PIEAS holds its own admission test for BS engineering and sciences. It is known for long, multi-step questions and is generally treated as the hardest engineering test in the country.
PIEAS runs two tests per cycle, in spring and summer. The test carries 60% of merit and HSSC 40%. PIEAS also accepts SAT scores.

Test pattern & marking
At nearly two minutes a question, PIEAS items are long. Expect problems that chain several ideas — a Physics question that needs calculus, or a Chemistry question that combines equilibrium and stoichiometry. Train on the top rungs of each Tayarri ladder (tests 8–10).
